Lord Jesus, I acknowledge my need of you and accept you as my Savior, my redeemer, my Lord and my deliverer.
主耶穌基督，我承認我需要祢，我接受祢成為我的救主、我的救贖主、我的主、我的釋放者。
I invite you now to be the Lord of the whole of my life.
我邀請祢現在就成為我生命的主。
LORD of my mind and all my attitudes.
我心思意念，一切態度的主
LORD of my mental health.
我心理健康的主
LORD of my body and my physical health.
我的身體和健康的主
LORD of my spirit and all my worship.
我的靈和一切敬拜的主
LORD of my family and of my relationships.
我的家和我所有人際關係的主
LORD of my sexuality and its expression.
我的性和性表現的主
LORD of all my work all my service for you.
我所有工作和服事的主
LORD of all my finances and how I spend my money.

LORD of all my material goods and needs.

LORD of all my emotions and reactions.

LORD of my will and all my decisions.

LORD of the manner and time of my death.

Thank you that your blood was shed that I might be set free.
